Greg Ferrera – President-Founder
Greg’s initial experience in helping people was while he was in Law Enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff. He worked over 10 years in Uniformed Patrol, Undercover Narcotics and Youth Education, as well as 3 years teaching Conflict Resolution. Greg went into Real Estate in 1996. As a Top Producer with RE/MAX in the Pacific Northwest he sold over 100 homes in his 3rd year. By his 4th year he reached the coveted RE/MAX “Hall of Fame” status, earning over $1,000,000.00. His many years of coaching and training Agents has provided dramatic results for Agents and Broker/Owners all around the country. Greg is dynamic and driven. His commitment to Sales Professionals across the nation is to provide ongoing training and support and to build long-term relationships in order to help them excel professionally and personally.
   
Tara Jacobi – Coach
Specializing in New Home Sales Training, Tara Jacobi has been a Sales and Marketing Manager and Managing Broker with eight plus years experience in Residential Real Estate. She is skilled in team building and implementing procedural systems to enhance “sales” activities and performance. Her Passion is inspiring agents to amplify their own individuality and style to directly increase their sales performance. With her energetic and creative style, Tara has a proven track record of exceeding sales production goals. Between 2004 and 2007, she directly produced over 43 million in New Home Sales and was awarded Gold and Platinum Sales Awards each year from the National Homebuilders Association.
   
Kevin Hensley – Coach
Kevin is an experienced real estate professional having been in the business for 17 years.  He has been successful in helping nearly 100 families move on average every year for the past ten years. Kevin earned the Top Salesperson award in his RE/MAX region in 2004 and 2005. Prior to moving to Delaware in 1991, he managed and sold for two large independent real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area. Currently, he manages for RE/MAX Associates, the largest RE/MAX franchise in the State of Delaware. He has worked to build training programs for both new and experienced agents that have resulted in production increases of over 30% in the first twelve months of teaching. He has a passion for helping agents take their businesses to the next level. Kevin is a past President of the New Castle County Board of Realtors and is currently President-Elect of the Delaware Association of Realtors.
   
Barbara Durrett – Coach
Barbara is an experienced real estate professional having been in the business for 16 years. She is a member of the Million Dollar Club and was chosen for the President’s Elite Award in the state of Oregon in 2006 and the President’s Gold Award in 2007. In January 2008, she was featured in a segment of HGTV’s “House Hunters” which was aired nationally and showcased one of Portland’s new, trendy inner city areas. Barbara has earned the reputation as being one of Portland, Oregon’s Top Realtors.
   

Steve Silver - Coach
Steve began his successful real estate career at the age of 20 and started selling for an independent company. In 1991 he and his wife, Shannan, purchased a Re/Max franchise and opened RE/MAX Professionals in Seymour, Indiana. They are currently ranked number two in the market. Steve closed $14.1 million in sales in 2006 in a small city of 18,000 with an average home sale price of $100,000. He has been awarded the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards and has consistently ranked in the top 20 for RE/MAX of Indiana over the past 16 years.

       
  Judy Rose – Director of Business Development/Trainer
Licensed since 1974, Judy has been a broker owner, manager, trainer and top sales person in the Real Estate industry in both Oregon and Washington. Along with her Real Estate career, Judy has been a business consultant and management trainer for several companies in a variety of business arenas. As a coach, mentor and sales trainer she has a passion for helping struggling sales people become superstars. Business owners and managers have benefited from Judy’s skills in evaluating strengths and weaknesses and improving production for both management and staff. Judy is an author with a new book in the works titled How to Kill Your Business in 90 Days, an insightful look into the pitfalls for small to medium sized companies. Judy is dedicated to professionalism and building long-term business relationships.
