The entire 12-month program costs less than half of one average commission.

6) Why would I hire a coach when my company provides free training?
The typical office provides training in technology, forms and procedures. Peak Achievement provides training in skill development and lead generation. We provide you with systems and processes to solve your most current challenges facing you today.
7) How is Peak Achievement different from other companies?
All of our coaches are experienced and highly successful top producers in various marketplaces. We work with you directly, not through books and tapes. Our long-term relationship with you is dependant upon you becoming successful.

Michael Jordon and Tiger Woods, for example, have had coaches to observe and analyze how they can improve and become more efficient. Agents that are properly coached earn substantially more money than those who aren’t.
2) What does your program cost?
The entire 12-month program costs less than half of one average commission.
3) How do I pay?
We have two payment options available. You can either pay the program cost up front with a Check or Credit Card and receive a 10% discount, or you can make monthly payments with a Credit Card.
4) How can a coach help me?
Our coaches will help you to organize your business and spend time and money effectively. They will role play dialogues and various situations with you to empower you to create new business where previously none existed. Our coaches will teach you to create and implement systems that cultivate greater long-term success and help you reach your real estate business goals.
5) How do I work with a coach?
Our coaches work with you through personal, 1 on 1 communication over the phone for a minimum of two 1-hour sessions per month.
6) How is Peak Achievement different from other companies?

No, we don’t sell books, tapes or marketing materials. Our focus is on helping you develop your personal sales skills.

We will help you improve your relationships with your agents. We will provide you with an individual agent evaluation based on their needs and goals and will give you strategies for helping your agents get what they want. We will show you how to have effective and fun sales meetings and help you create a sense of family.
4) How can a coach help my bottom line?
We will identify unneeded expenses and analyze your overhead and give you advice on streamlining your systems and procedures.
